Grubb, Amy
Amy Grubb is a founder and principal at Cloud Consulting Partners, Inc., an SAP/SuccessFactors reseller and consulting partner and full-service HCM consultancy focused on implementing cloud solutions. She has consulted in the HCM space for more than 15 years, spending 8 years in Deloitte’s Human Capital Management practice.
Amy has implemented the SuccessFactors suite since 2007 and implemented SAP HCM on-premise solutions for many years. She holds three SuccessFactors consultant certifications in Align & Perform, Talent Sourcing, and Talent Management. She currently teaches Mastery Courses for SAP Education including Recruiting Management Mastery Succession Mastery and Performance, and Goal Management Mastery. Amy has implemented numerous modules within SuccessFactors, including Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, CDP, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning for clients globally. Her experience with LMS dates to 2000, and she has implemented every market-leading LMS, including Plateau. She is an expert in Learning business processes and best practices and led the development of LearningPrint for Saba™ while at Deloitte.

Marson, Luke
Luke Marson is a leader, architect, principal consultant, and globally recognized expert for SAP SuccessFactors solutions and is a certified professional in Employee Central. He is the founder and CEO of the North American office of iXerv, a global SAP SuccessFactors consulting partner that focuses on SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite implementations and Employee Central in particular.
Luke has delivered more than 40 projects in multiple countries across North and Central America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to organizations of various sizes (up to 240,000 employees) and types in different industries and sectors, including oil and gas, defense, retail, manufacturing, the public sector, telecommunications, and media.
In addition to being an author or coauthor of four SAP PRESS books, a speaker, and a go-to expert on HCM and SAP SuccessFactors topics, Luke is an SAP Mentor alumni, an Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) volunteer, and an active contributor to the SAP Community Network (SCN).
