Die hier versammelten Beiträge zeigen, dass die Morphologie auch in der Gegenwart wissenschaftsübergreifend für scheinbar heterogene Dimensionen und Bereiche eine integrative Funktion gewinnen kann – so wie sie bereits für Goethe als ein einigendes Band zwischen seinen vermeintlich getrennten Praktiken als Dichter, Künstler und Wissenschaftler dienen konnte.
