Dr. Jiaqi Zou received her Ph.D. degree at Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications (BUPT). Her research interests include wireless communication and multimedia signal processing. She served as a Technical Program Committees (TPC) member in IEEE GLOBECOM, ICC, ICASSP, WCNC, etc. She received the Exemplary Reviewer from IEEE Wireless Communication Letters. She received the best paper award from the 2020 IEEE International Conference on Visual Communications and Image Processing.

Dr. Gang Sun is a doctoral graduate and currently a professor at the Beijing Institute of Satellite Environment Engineering, Member of the Process Technology Expert Group of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. For many years, he has been engaged in research on spacecraft assembly, integration and testing technology. He has profound expertise in digital assembly and simulation, intelligent production line design and manufacturing technology, and automated design and manufacturing of aerospace equipment. He led over 20 national and corporate-level research projects, and has won near 10 awards including the China Patent Excellence Award and the Prize in Science and Technology Progress from China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. He has been granted more than 30 invention patents and has published over 40 articles, 14 of which are indexed in EI.

Dr. Wang Yue received his Ph.D. degree from the Complex Systems Laboratory of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. His major is control technology and control engineering, mainly focused in robot dynamics, multi-robot coordinated control and other fields. Since 2003, he has been mainly engaged in the research and development of the general agile platform for spacecraft, as well as the design, development and test of the overall and control system of new optical remote sensing satellites in China Academy of Space Technology. Over the years, he has devoted himself to the design of spacecraft systems, design of space-ground integration, autonomous mission management, autonomous health management, reliability design, real-time processing applications in space and other research directions. In addition, he has presided over or participated in the design and development of overall or control systems for more than 10 spacecrafts. He has won many national science and technology progress awards, and more than 10 patents.

Dr. Lexi Xu received his Ph.D. degree from School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, Queen Mary University of London, London, UK in 2013. Dr. Xu is currently a senior engineer at China Unicom Research Institute of, Beijing, China. He is also a senior researcher of National Engineering Laboratory for Next Generation Internet Broadband Service Application. Dr. Xu is a member of IEEE, and a China Unicom delegate in CCSA, ITU, ETSI. He has been involved in more than 30 big data research projects and network optimization projects. Dr. Xu has published more than 60 technical papers and he serves on the Technical Program Committees (TPC) of 8 international conferences. His research interests include big data, self-organizing networks, radio resource management in LTE-A/5G.
