Laura Zoboli is an Assistant Professor at the University of Brescia and the Scientific Coordinator of the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies at the University of Warsaw, where she started her academic tenure. She is the Co-Director of the ASCOLA Center Europe Chapter. Laura earned her PhD from Bocconi University, where she currently teaches Data Law. Among her research experiences, she has been a research fellow at the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University and the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition. Her research focuses on the overlaps between competition law, intellectual property and regulation within data economy.

Maciej Bernatt is a Professor of Law at the University of Warsaw, Poland. He holds the Chair in European Economic Law at the Faculty of Management, and serves as the Director of the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies. He is the Co-Director of ASCOLA Central Europe Chapter. Maciej holds a Habilitation, PhD and MA titles in law and a second MA title in international relations. He held visiting appointments at the Bocconi University, the University of Chicago and the University of Melbourne, among others. Maciej's research interests lie at the intersections of competition law with constitutional law and EU law.
