Peng Zhang is a distinguished professor at Zhengzhou University and an academic and technical leader in Henan Province. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Youth Fund in Henan Province and recognized as a talent in Central Plains Water Conservancy. He is a director of the Civil Engineering Division of the China Composite Materials Society, a member of the Committee on Inspection, Repair, and Strengthening of Hydraulic Concrete Structures of the China Dam Engineering Society, a member of the Fiber Concrete Committee of the China Civil Engineering Society, and a member of the Rock Fracture Mechanics Committee of the China Dam Engineering Society.


Jianwei Zhang, Ph.D., is a professor and currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Dean of the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture at Henan University. His main research areas include environmental geotechnical engineering, microbial reinforcement technology for soils, and pile foundation engineering. He has published 63 academic papers, with 29 indexed in SCI and EI, authored or edited five academic monographs and textbooks, and holds eight national patents.


Lei Zhang is a senior engineer and serves as the Deputy Director (acting) of the Engineering Reinforcement and Anti-Corrosion and Wear Research Lab at the Institute of Engineering Mechanics, Yellow River Hydraulic Research Institute. He has supported and completed over 40 technology promotion projects for abrasion repair techniques for hydraulic concrete and hydraulic machinery at hydropower stations such as Sanmenxia, Wanjiazai, Xiaolangdi, Dadu River, and Mudanjiang, as well as pumping stations like Guhai Yangshui and Hohhot Water Supply. He has published over 60 articles, of which more than 30 are indexed by SCI/EI/CPCI, and has authored or translated four monographs.


Hui Qian is a distinguished professor, doctoral supervisor, and head of the Department of Civil Engineering at Zhengzhou University. He is also the director of the Institute of Resilient Structures and Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, the director of the Engineering Technology Research Center for Resilient Construction and Intelligent Disaster Reduction in Cities along the Yellow River in Henan Province, and the leader of the "High-Performance Structures and Earthquake Resistance Research Team," which is a science and technology innovation team at Henan Province universities. To date, he has published more than 100 academic papers, of which over 80 are indexed in SCI and EI.


Rui Pang holds a Ph.D. in engineering and is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He graduated from Southeast University with a doctoral degree in January 2012. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Department at Henan University of Technology. He has published over 80 research papers, of which more than 40 are indexed in SCI and EI. He has been granted 11 national invention patents and over 10 utility model patents. He has served as the chief editor of one national electrical industry standard in the field of energy, and he has co-edited two standards for the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association (CECS) and contributed to three CECS standards and two local standards. He has also authored or co-authored three textbooks.
