Watson, Genevieve
Genevieve Watson is an experienced tax ERP and transformation leader, and a partner within Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting team. She specializes in helping businesses operationalize their management of taxes, covering tax strategy, operating model, risk and governance, process design/redesign, automation, tax technology, and sourcing.Genevieve has experience across the Deloitte Tax Technology Consulting propositions; however, her primary focus is on large scale transformation programmes and ERP/systems implementations. In this role, she acts as the integrator between tax and IT, advising clients on building their tax ERP design and providing ERP tax implementation support to ensure that tax has been factored into the implementation methodology.

Macintosh, Iain
Iain Macintosh is a principle at Deloitte with more than 25 years of experience implementing SAP. Iain leads the Deloitte US Tax Technology Consulting practice and also serves on the firm’s global e-invoicing strategic committee. Working with clients across all industries, he has successfully delivered complex tax and regulatory projects for Fortune 1000 companies. Iain has lived and worked in Europe, Australia, Canada, and the United States. Iain often serves as a keynote speaker at major industry and client conferences.

Alberts-Muller, Eliza
Eliza Alberts-Muller is a partner within Deloitte‘s Tax Technology Consulting team with close to 20 years of experience in (indirect) tax and tax technology gained both in industry and consulting. She focuses on delivering strategic and practical guidance on tax process optimization and tax technology solutions. Eliza assists clients in their journey to streamline and automate their tax functions using the latest technology as well as standard ERP, VAT add-ons, tax engines, and other tax technology tooling. She strives to ensure clients have the skills and tools to manage their own tax processes.
