Nazir, Sajid
Sajid Nazir is a Junior Researcher and Ph.D. student at Lappeenranta University Technology (LUT) in Kouvola, Finland. He is also associated with the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi-Pakistan, as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He joined academia after completing his master's in supply chain management from Coventry University, UK in 2018. Sajid Nazir has more than 10 years of experience working in the academia as well as in the corporate sector on national as well as international levels in industries such as banking, aviation, pharmaceutical, and other service industries as a supply chain professional. His work has been published in journals and conferences in the fields of supply chain management and innovation management. His areas of interest are blockchain technologies, resilient supply chain, technology and innovation management, Industry 5.0, sustainable supply chain performance, and innovations in supply chain.

Torkkeli, Marko
Dr. Marko Torkkeli is a Full Professor of Technology and Business Innovations at the LUT University, Finland. His research interests focus on technology and innovation management, strategic entrepreneurship, growth venturing, financial innovations, and decision support systems. He has published over 300 articles in academic journals and conferences. He is a Docent of Technology-based Business at University of Jyvaskyla, Finland, and holds an Affiliated Faculty position at Singapore Management University. He was a Visiting Researcher at INESC Porto, Portugal. He has more than 30 years of experience of consulting activities in innovation management and strategy. He serves as the Director of Publications of the International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM) and is one of the founding editors of the open access, multidisciplinary Journal of Innovation Management.

Ali, Mahmood
Dr. Mahmood Ali is an Associate Professor in Supply Chain Management at Northumbria University, London, UK. He teaches courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels including research methods, supply chain management and operations management. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Greenwich, UK. Before undertaking his Ph.D., he worked in major corporations in the U.S. for several years. His research interests include supply chain management, enterprise systems, logistics, decision support systems, user resistance and information technology.

Vilko, Jyri
Jyri Vilko is an associate professor of logistics at LUT University (LUT), Finland. He has been a researcher at different levels in Lappeenranta University of Technology in the school of business and in the department of industrial management. He also holds a position of adjunct professor in Thammasat Business School, Thailand. His recent research interests are in the areas of supply chain risk management, logistics, service networks and value creation. He has published on these topics in high-quality academic journals such as International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Logistics Management and Accident Analysis & Prevention. He has been managing several large research projects funded by Business Finland, European Regional Development Fund and European Social Fund. He has also been involved in business practice with regard to these topics through his research, and in speaker, facilitator and advisory roles.
