This book presents the outcomes of the work of RILEM TC 264-RAP and serves as a comprehensive review of asphalt pavement recycling. It covers topics related to cold and warm recycling of asphalt pavements, selection and dosages of recycling agents (rejuvenators), and laboratory procedures to quantify the degree of binder activity in recycled asphalt. Both researchers and practitioners will benefit from learning about the new knowledge developed through TC’s activities, which primarily focused on interlaboratory testing campaigns and corresponding data analysis.

Gabriele Tebaldi is Associate Professor at the University of Parma, Italy. His research interests include mechanical characterization and performance evaluation of bituminous materials, design of high performances bituminous materials, pavement design, pavement analysis, sustainability of road construction, resilient pavements and resilient infrastructures. He currently serves as E-i-C of journal "Road Materials and Pavement Design", and as Ass. Editor of Springer journal "Materials and Structures". He was bestowed the Fellow Membership by RILEM and by the Association of Asphalt Pavement Technologists (AAPT).

Eshan Dave is Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of New Hampshire. His research interests include performance evaluation of pavements and paving materials, development and implementation of performance-based specifications, resilient design of transportation infrastructure, climate variability impacts on infrastructure longevity, life cycle assessment, and cold regions pavement operability and performance. He is member of ASTM International, Association of Asphalt Paving Technologists (AAPT), American Society of Civil Engineers, member of the board of directors for International Society of Asphalt Pavements, and member of the RILEM Bureau. He was bestowed the Fellow Membership by RILEM.
