Chris Stride obtained his first degree in Mathematics andStatistics and his Ph.D in Statistics at the University of Warwick,England. He is the statistician at the Institute of WorkPsychology, University of Sheffield.
Toby D. Wall obtained his first degree and his Ph.D inPsychology from the University of Nottingham, England. He isProfessor of Psychology at the University of Sheffield, where hewas the former director of the Institute of Work Psychology andESRC Centre for Organisation and Innovation.
Nick Catley obtained both his first degree and his M.Scin Economics at the University of Warwick, England. He is anauditor at the National Audit Office, London.
