My vision shows a world in which people want to collaborate in a pur-
poseful and creative way and constantly develop their consciousness.
Through coaching, training and facilitation, I support individuals and
teams from marketing, sales or consulting professions in their profes-
sional and personal development.
With a passion for lifelong learning, I design blended learning projects
for organisations to meet the UN‘s Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs). This involves teaching the important 'Future Skills' and the Inner
Development Goals (IDG).
From the chemistry of molecules to the chemistry between people
I graduated in biochemistry and became a manager in the international
marketing and sales of high-tech medical products. During this time, I
recognised how crucial effective communication skills are. That‘s why
I studied systemic NLP and Success Factor Modeling. Today I am an
Instructor Trainer and Instructor Coach. In my work, I integrate neuro-
scientific research, business trends, a touch of spirituality and integral
constellation work in workshops and training courses. As a conscious
listener, I enable profound transformation processes in coaching.
