Reid, Gavin
Dr. Gavin Reid is currently visiting professor at the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, Canada and a consultant on learning disabilities at the Centre for Child Evaluation and Teaching (CCET) in Kuwait. He was a senior lecturer in the Department of Educational Studies, Moray House School of Education, University of Edinburgh from 1991-2007.

He has currently 24 books in print in the area of teacher education in the field of dyslexia, literacy, learning styles and motivation and classroom management. He is one of the UK’s, if not the world’s, leading experts in the field of Dyslexia.

Gavin Reid is an international consultant on learning disabilities in the Middle East, Europe and the UK. He is also an educational psychologist based in Vancouver, Canada and has published extensively in the field of dyslexia, literacy, motivation and learning. He was formerly a Senior Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh and Visiting Professor at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
