<strong>K. Rajagopal</strong>, PhD, is Professor of Mechanical Engineering, K.S.R.M. College of Engineering, Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh). He obtained his doctorate in General Operations Research from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati in the year 1998. He has about 30 years of teaching and research experience. He has to his credit 20 research articles in leading national and international journals. <br><br> Professor Rajagopal is a member of several professional bodies. His fields of interest include general optimisation, systems simulation and computer-aided techniques.
