Über Autor(innen)

Dr. Edward Rafalski is currently the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, Tennessee. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing research, public relations and communication. He earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy studies from the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in public health from Yale University School of Medicine and a doctorate degree in public health sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Rafalski is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Six Sigma Black Belt and member of the 2014 TNCPE Board of Examiners, trained in the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence.

Dr. Ross Mullner is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Public Health, University of Illinois at Chicago. For over 30 years, he has worked as an academic, healthcare administrator, and consultant. Before joining the faculty of the University of Illinois, he was Director of Research at the American Hospital Association’s Healthcare Research and Educational Trust (HRET). He has authored numerous books and journal articles in the area of health services research. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Chicago State University, and two master’s degrees and a doctoral degree from the University of Illinois.
