At present, Web 2.0 technologies are making traditional research genres evolve and form complex genre assemblage with other genres online. Carmen Pérez-Llantada is Professor of Applied Linguistics at the University of Zaragoza (Spain). Her research interests include genre analysis, English for Academic Purposes, academic writing, and digital genres in multilingual science communication.
