Exploring Indigenous writing and literacies across five continents, this volume celebrates the resilience of Indigenous languages. Coppéllie Cocq, Ph.D. (2008), Umeå University, Sweden, is Professor of European Ethnology at the University of Helsinki, specializing in Minority Studies. She extends folkloristic approaches to various forms of expressive culture including digital expressions of folklore.

Kirk PH Sullivan, Ph.D. (1992), Southampton University, Ed.D. (2010), Bristol University, is Professor of Linguistics at Umeå University, Sweden. He has published many articles on Indigenous writing, computer keystroke logging, and other aspects of educational linguistics.
