Dr. Elena Perez-Alvaro is a researcher and lecturer in underwater cultural heritage. She is a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow in heritage diplomacy and international security, and an Expert Member of the ICOMOS International Committee on the Underwater Cultural Heritage.
