Israel Patiño-Galván is a Professor in the Department of Accounting and Administration at the Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Ecatepec in Mexico. His research focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems and the application of information technologies and intelligent systems in public and private administration.
