Associate Prof. Goran Latif Omer is a highly skilled and dedicated Otorhinolaryngologist with expertise in all fields of this surgical branch, especially rhinology, endoscopic sinus surgery, and skull base surgery. He holds an M.B.Ch.B in Medicine and General Surgery (2007) and pursued specialization in ENT and Head and Neck Surgery, achieving the F.I.B.M.S from the Iraqi Board of Medical Specializations as a valedictorian in 2016. He is also a recipient of the FEB ORL-HNS from the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (2016). Following these, Dr. Goran has subspecialized in Skull Base Surgery and Rhinology, with two fellowship diplomas in lateral (2019) and anterior (2023) skull base surgeries from Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore, India, and his PhD degree from Tor Vergata University of Rome in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery (2024). Academically, Dr. Goran has many scholastic achievements and is currently an Associate Professor in the Clinical Sciences Department of the College of Medicine, University of Sulaimani, and a Lecturer at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata, with his many new and innovative research initiatives every year.

Prof. Stefano Di Girolamo is a highly accomplished professional in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and Audiology. He graduated with top honors from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1991 and earned his specialization in Otorhinolaryngology from the University of Siena in 1995. Additionally, he obtained a diploma in Audiology from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 2001. Prof. Stefano Di Girolamo has held various prestigious academic positions, including Associate Professor and later promoted to Full Professor at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata." He currently serves as the Head of the Otorhinolaryngology Unit at the University Hospital "Policlinico Universitario Tor Vergata." With an exceptional commitment to education, Prof. Stefano Di Girolamo also serves as the Director of the Specialization School in Otorhinolaryngology and Cervico-Facial Surgery at the same university.
