Alexander is Senior Consultant for the Italian Shipping Registry, RINA SpA, with a focus on training development, design, and delivery. This book is the culmination of two years research into the human factors which inform the design of the marine environment onboard ships, which was then used by RINA in the publishing of Class rules for newbuild vessels under the RINA classification regime.
