The volume collects the contributions to the international conference “Nuclear Structure and Dynamics ‘12”, held in Opatija,Croatia, from July 9th to 13th, 2012. The conference was hosted by the Physics Department of the University of Zagreb and the Ruder Boškovic Institute. Following the long tradition of nuclear physics meetings on the Adriatic coast, organized by our two institutions, the Conference presented a review of recent experimental and theoretical advances in the physics of nuclear structure and reactions, and provided a broad discussion forum on current and future research projects.
