Dr. Amin Nazarahari is a dedicated researcher whose higher education endeavors have centered around the critical subject of energy poverty in Japan. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, as well as a Master of Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Energy Science and Engineering from the prestigious Tokyo Institute of Technology, Dr. Nazarahari has demonstrated a profound commitment to addressing socioeconomic challenges on a global scale.

With a particular focus on transitioning from vulnerability to resilience, Dr. Nazarahari has contributed significantly to the discourse on energy poverty in Japan, distinguishing himself as one of the country's few scholars with academic publications on this pressing issue. His comprehensive academic background and research initiatives underscore his dedication to understanding and mitigating the complex challenges surrounding energy access and deprivation.

During the period from 2018 to 2023, Dr. Nazarahari was a MEXT scholarship recipient, enriching his academic pursuits.
