Ravindra Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management Studies at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun, India. He has a PhD in Management from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India. He has master’s degrees in business administration (MBA) and computer applications (MCA). He has qualified for the University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test in Management (UGC-NET) in India. Dr Sharma has numerous years of corporate and academic experience. He has conducted many faculty development programs for national and international audiences. He has published research papers in refereed journals, and books in the area of employer branding, HR 4.0, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and green innovations for businesses with reputed publishers. Dr. Sharma has contributed chapters in books from major publishing houses. He has presented research papers at national and international conferences. He has also attended a paper development workshop in the Indian Institute of Management in Rohtak, India. He was honored as a session chair and keynote speaker at international conferences at various universities. His research interests include employer branding, entrepreneurship, Industry 4.0, talent management, and business innovations.

Geeta Rana is an Associate Professor at the School of Management Studies at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun, India. She has a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management. She has also done a certification course in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR). She is engaged in teaching, research, and consultancy assignments. She has numerous years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative as well as academic positions. She has to her credit over 65papers published in refereed journals. She has presented several research papers at national and international conferences and has contributed to several chapters in books published by major publishing houses. She has authored a book titled Counselling Skills for Managers. She has conducted and attended various workshops, FDPs, and MDPs. Dr. Rana is a recipient of many awards. Her research interests include Data Analytics, Human Resource Management 4.0, Knowledge Management, Managerial Effectiveness, Justice, Values, Employer Branding, and Innovation.
