The Very Rev Dr Ian S. Markham is Dean, President andProfessor of Theology and Ethics of Virginia Theological Seminary,USA. He is the author of numerous books including AgainstAtheism (Wiley-Blackwell, 2010), Encountering Religion(with Tinu Ruparell, Wiley-Blackwell, 2001), Theology of Engagement(Wiley-Blackwell, 2001), Truth and the Reality of God(1998), and Plurality and Christian Ethics (1994);and iseditor of The Student's Companion to the Theologians(Wiley-Blackwell, 2013), A World Religions Reader, 3rdedition (with Christy Lohr, Wiley-Blackwell, 2009), andGlobalization, Ethics, and Islam (2005).
The Rev Dr J. Barney Hawkins IV is Vice President forInstitutional Advancement, Associate Dean of the Center forAnglican Communion Studies and Professor of Pastoral Theology atVirginia Theological Seminary, USA. A specialist oneighteenth-century Anglicanism in the American colonies, he spentmore than two decades in parish ministry before joining VTS'sfaculty in 2000. He is co-editor of Christ and Culture:Communion After Lambeth (with Martyn Percy, Mark Chapman, andIan Markham, 2010), and co-author of Staying One, RemainingOpen: Education Leaders for a 21st Century Church (with RichardJ. Jones, 2010).
The Very Rev Dr Justyn Terry is Dean and President ofTrinity School for Ministry, USA, where he is Associate Professorof Systematic Theology. He undertook his undergraduate studies inphysics at Keble College, Oxford, and in theology and ministry atCranmer Hall, St. John's College, Durham, UK. Dr Terry wasordained a priest in the Church of England in 1996 and served inordained ministry in central London for ten years. He received hisPhD in Systematic Theology from King's College, London, in2003 and is the author of The Justifying Judgment of God(2007).
The Rev. Leslie Nuñez Steffensen is currentlyAssistant to the Rector at Grace Episcopal Church in Alexandria,Virginia. Prior to completing her Master of Divinity, she wasthe Administrative Coordinator for the Center for AnglicanCommunion Studies at the Virginia Theological Seminary, USA. Shetook a BA in international studies at Johns Hopkins Universitybefore becoming Master of Theological Studies at VTS. Shevolunteered for missionary duties in Tanzania, where she worked asAcademic Dean of Msalato Theological College in Dodoma, teachingtheology and biblical studies.
