Über Autor(innen)

Mirela Marcu? is a researcher and Assistant Lecturer at the University of Oradea, Romania. Her main research interests include digital policies in the European Union, and she has published two previous books on the subject: The Socioeconomic Evolution of the European Union: Exploring the Electronic Frontier (2016) and Crystallizing the EU Digital Policy: Exploring the Digital Single Market (2017).
