Kurt Kraiger is Department Chair and Professor ofPsychology at Colorado State University, USA. He is a Fellowand former President of the Society of Industrial/OrganizationalPsychology (SIOP), and is also a Fellow of the Associationfor Psychological Science. He is a noted expert on trainingand training evaluation, having published or presented over 140papers on training and related topics. He is the editor ofCreating, Implementing, and Managing Effective Training andDevelopment: State-of-the-Art Lessons for Practice(Jossey-Bass, 2001) and the co-editor of Improving TrainingEffectiveness in Work Organizations (1997). He is currently onthe editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology,Journal of Management, and Journal of Business andPsychology.
Jonathan Passmore (Series Editor) is Professor ofPsychology at the University of Evora, Portugal, and ManagingDirector of Embrion, a psychology consulting company working acrossEurope and the Middle East. He is a chartered psychologist, holdsfive degrees, and has an international reputation for his work incoaching and leadership. He has published widely books on thethemes of leadership, personal development and change, and servedas editor for the Association for Coaching book series. Hespeaks widely at conferences across the world and has publishedover 100 journal papers and book chapters.
Nuno Rebelo dos Santos is Professor of Psychology at theUniversity of Evora, Portugal, and is the Director of the PhDprogram in Coaching. He has been a faculty member for severalPhD and master courses, including the Erasmus Mundus Master Programin Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology and the ErasmusMundus Intensive Program in Human Resources and KnowledgeManagement in Health and Social Care. He has worked for more than20 years in executive training and development and his researchfocuses on performance development and cooperation inorganizations.
Sigmar Malvezzi is Professor and Researcher ofFundação Dom Cabral, Brazil. He received his PhD at theDepartment of Organizational Behavior at the University ofLancaster, UK, and the degree of "Livre Docente" at theUniversity of São Paulo, Brazil. He has lectured at theInstitute of Psychology of the University of São Paulo and atthe Business School of Fundação Getulio Vargas. Hisresearch has explored professional and career development withfocus on the building of professional identity. His most recentbook is Gramáticas Actuales de la RelaciónHombre-Trabajo (2012).
