Housing systems in many countries are now more market-oriented thanever before. Über Autor(innen)

Colin Jones is Professor of Estate Management, School of the BuiltEnvironment at Heriot-Watt University. He has published widely onspatial property markets, urban regeneration and the economics ofhousing policy.
Dr Craig Watkins is a Reader in the Department of Town andRegional Planning at the University of Sheffield. His researchinterests include housing economics and policy, urban regenerationand the analysis of commercial property markets.
