Advanced Dental Nursing is designed for practising dental nurses who wish to progress their knowledge and expand their professional range. The book acts as a course companion to the post-certification courses in oral health education, special care, sedation and orthodontics. It also provides useful information on career development pathways, as well as aspects of clinical governance and research in primary care. The book anticipates developments within the organisation of dental services and reflects opportunities in the modern workforce. The structure is user-friendly, so that the book can be read from cover to cover, or dipped into when required.

An essential read for dental nurses pursuing post-certification courses and those who aspire to develop their knowledge and skills in this way.
