James Hayton is Professor at Warwick Business School, UK. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Human Resource Management, an Editor of Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice and is a member of the editorial boards for many other journals. Carlo Salvato is Associate Professor of Business Strategy at Bocconi University, Italy.
