What are the causes of obesity in children? A third of people in Europe, North and South America are dying from cancer, and half are dying from heart attack, and it's spreading rapidly around the world. But it's worse than that; chronic disease, due to obesity and poor diet, is hitting people at a younger age, as the years progress. Our children are becoming chronically ill young adults, who are destined to extend their life by medicine, in pain and misery, without the good quality of life they deserve. So, is child obesity child abuse? In November 2011, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and was told if I didn't have it cut out or radiated. I was terminal. I was at the brink. I started to research, and found alarming information about cancer and heart disease statistics that aren't public knowledge. I found hundreds of natural so-called cures for cancer and heart disease. Your body is a complex machine, capable of handling any disease, provided it is in optimum condition. For your body to be in optimum condition, you have to drink the right fluid, eat the right food, and keep moving. I began to realise that adults have choices with food drink and exercise. Children, however, don't have those informed choices. They eat what they are given, drink what they are given, and copy their parents. This abuse of children creates child obesity. Through ignorance and poor lifestyle, we are abusing our children. The damage that is being caused to a child's body at such an early age, is creating long-term disease problems at a very early age. Unwittingly, most parents are abusing their children by feeding them badly. This book is not meant to blind and bore the average person with statistics and science. This book is written in lay-man's terms, for the masses to understand what is happening to our children, and themselves, with the food they eat.

Who is Glenn Harrison? I’m Glenn Harrison. I was born and raised in Sheffield in the County of Yorkshire in England, UK. My family were far removed from the spiritual and religious faiths, so I grew up to become a confirmed atheist. In fact, my logical, cynical mind grew to detest religion and detest hearing the words Jesus and God, used out of other people’s closed doors. I grew to detest singing hymns at school; and cringed as I got married at the age of 22 in a ‘Church of England’ Christian church, listening to the Vicar’s speech. I was only doing it to appease my wife to be. I had no belief in God, angels or spirits. As far as I was concerned, you were born; shit happened; and then you died. Circle of life. Candle’s out. Worm fodder. Ironically, the records will show that I’m a Christian, baptised in The Church of England. Back in the 1950’s; and I guess even today to a certain extent; it was traditional to baptise a child if you were British; even if you weren’t a practising Christian. It was programmed into the masses:- Have a child and throw a party so that everyone in the family can see the child. Might as well make it happen in a church; it’s free. Don’t really have to be religious. But it’s the done thing; isn’t it? Plus we can all get dressed up in our ‘Sunday best’ and it’s a good excuse for the blokes to get to the pub. You get your photo taken too. Yet no-one seemed to care whether or not the child would want to be baptised. Too late when they grow up and can make decisions for themselves; they’re already baptised. I’d scoff at spiritualists, church sermons, prayer, ‘Born again Christians’, grace at meal times; and anyone who was thankful to ‘The Lord’. I was bitter in my youth and walked around with a big chip on my shoulder, feeling that life owed me something. My mother was fat and my father was thin, and there was often conflict in the house about my mother over-eating. More on that in the chapters in the book. In 1995 the God Channel appeared on satellite T.V. Talk about laugh when I saw it. I’d watch it from time-to-time because there were some good motivational speakers on the channel. I was launching my speaking career; and although I wasn’t happy with the content of their speeches, watching some of the speakers gave me some speaking tips. I’d no idea how this programme would come back to haunt me later, with a different agenda. Not for what the speakers were preaching; but for how passionate they could be about a subject, which was misleading so many people. You see; I was the typecast non-believer. I didn’t believe in God, Jesus, the Bible or spiritualism in any way. We western male non-believers seem to have a collective word for it all: “Bollocks!” The number of times I’ve heard that response from men when you talk (in particular) about spiritualism. A few women gave me the same word too. And that was me; for years. That is; until I was with Jill in 1997 at the age of 43. We met in 1994. I was just about to hit 40 and Jill was 29. She waited three years before she dropped the bombshell on me that she was psychic. She told me she didn’t want me to know at first, in case it frightened me away from her. Something freaky happened in 1997. We were driving on a motorway, from the South, back North to our home, when she drew breath sharply and sat up in the car, bracing herself with her hands on the sides of her seat; pushing her head back against the head restraint; as though we were about to hit something with the car, and have a serious accident. I swerved at high speed with the shock, thinking that I’d not seen something ahead of us that we were about to crash into, or run over. We were doing about 85 mph at the time. But there was nothing there. I had a major adrenalin rush. “Why did you ‘do’ that?” I shouted, “What did you see?” “Nothing!” she said, with a dismissive, yet fearful voice. I asked her a number of times, but she repeatedly told me it was nothing. One of my strengths and often a weakness, is that I don’t let go. I persisted with her until she finally, sheepishly, blurted it out that she’d seen a spirit. A monk, stood in the middle of the motorway; and we ran straight through him. She admitted to me for the first time that she was psychic. She sees dead people! And that’s when it all started. My life took on a paradigm shift of massive proportion over the next few years; and at that time, I’d no idea of my destiny. And if someone had told me; I’d have just laughed at them. A smirk appeared on my face, but I was curious. Jill told me of her gift from birth; which she’d suppressed for many years, because of the ridicule and trouble that it brought. But then went on to tell me that at times she had no control over it. She described the monk, with no visible face. Then it happened on two more occasions over the next few miles. The following morning, we looked at a road map. And guess what? The section of the motorway we were on at the time Jill saw the monks, had an ancient Monastery ruin at the side of the motorway. Now I wouldn’t say that this freaked me out; but it was an eerie coincidence. At the time, we were living in a house that had been built, only about 6 years earlier, on land purchased from a church. It was the far end of the church graveyard. The church was 15th century, standing 100 yards from our house. The nearest graves were only about 30 yards away. As time went by, many spirits would appear in our home. Jill would describe them in the finest detail. The vast majority were friendly; but some were evil. Having a great thirst for knowledge, and having known Jill for 3 years, it was difficult to ignore this intelligent, rational, focussed woman, when she told me about the after-life. At the time, Jill had an IQ of 145; and although we were unaware, it was about to grow. I guess at first I just played along with it, so as not to offend her; but she never rammed it down my throat, and as time went by, there was less and less that I could find fault with. There was one particular spirit that we called ‘Smokey Joe’. You knew he’d been around because of the smell of cigarette smoke; which ‘I’ could smell too; and so could several staff we had working in a business at our home. Jill explained that she was a little like a telephone. She couldn’t ring out (YET), but they could ring in. And the more people she allowed to channel with her, the more that spirits would queue up to talk to her; until finally she’d have to blank them out and tell them to go away. As time went by, she started to earn some extra income by doing psychic readings. Little did I know where this was going to lead. My world, that I thought I knew, was about to be shattered. As time went by, she grew stronger with her gift. To the extent that I sensed there was more to what she’d admit to. Jill is now a level-12 medium, the highest level of mediumship on the planet. She has access to the entire angelic realm. Through her they communicate life-lessons to us; and this book is the result of many of those lessons. One of their biggest current concerns for our species, is our mass obesity pandemic, and in particular, obesity in children. As I stated earlier, I make no apology for including spiritual messages in this book; in fact, it’s time more people (like me) woke up to consider the great force of the universes, where it comes from; and the important role our planet plays in the universes, and how, as the seemingly parasitic species we have become, we are systematically destroying the home of our children. For you non-believers without a God to pray to; if God ‘were’ to appear before you, and you knew, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that it ‘was’ God… would you listen? Would you suspect it was a trick of the mind; a technological 3-D hologram trick? If it happened every day for the rest of your life, would you believe then? If what God told you, you put into practice, and you cured chronic disease and became much more healthy, and helped others to become healthy too, would you believe then? Well, if that happens to you; welcome to my world. In 2005 I was contacted by angels; which for an atheist, freaked me out. Laughing it off at first, I had to sit up and take notice, as over months, the angels persisted in contacting me. Archangel Azrael told me of my mission: “Ease their pain.” This book is dedicated to… All the lost children’s souls who didn’t get the love and affection a child so dearly wants and needs. All the people who were abused as children, physically, mentally and emotionally. All those parents today that simply don’t understand that they have children who are craving their love and attention; but fail to see it, leaving their children with the belief that they don’t deserve love, and opening them to the emotional trauma of not feeling loved. All the parents who need education in nutrition. All the obese children who are suffering a life of indignity because of the hand that feeds them.
