Dinesh Goyal has a B.E, M.Tech & PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, is working as Professor in Computer Science and Engineering and Principal at Poornima Institute of Engineering & Technology. Under his leadership the Institute has become 1st Institution across India to offer Engineering Education in Regional Language under “New Education Policy”. Acquiring an experience of more than 24 years in teaching and perceive keen interest in research area relating Cloud Security, Image Processing, Data Analytic and Information Security he has been pivotal in many turnkey projects & research and development activities. With a mission to append more and better skill set, he has organized many Conferences/ Workshops/ Seminars and FDPs as Convener and Co-Convener within during this short career span. With his great exposure with Outcome based Education in higher Education, he has been instrumental in obtaining accreditation's for his institutions, from various agencies like NAAC & NBA. He is also an empanel Assessor in NAAC since 2021 and has chaired NAAC Peer Team too. He has also received Grants-in-Aid for Research, Development, Conference & workshops, amounting more than Rs. 81 Lakh, from agencies like AICTE, TEQIP, ISTE etc, that include Combined Research Project, MODROBS, AICTE-IDEA Lab (Only institution in Rajasthan to part of such a great mission), GoC and many more. He has been awarded by “Elets Excellence Award 2017” at Higher Education & Human Resource Conclave by Higher Education Department of Government of Rajasthan. He has also completed his CMI level 5 Award in “Management and Leadership”, under AICTE-UKIERI Technical Leadership Development Program in association with Dudley University. Under his leadership, Institutions has also excelled in Industry Academia Interface, has established centers with major tech giants like Microsoft, Google & Amazon etc. He has 28 Full patents published & 1 Copyright under his name. He has successfully published 13 edited books. He has published 3 SCI & 100 Scopus and 47 Web of Science indexed papers & is editors of 2 SCI & 5 Scopus Indexed Journals, special issues. He has successfully guided 16 PhD Scholars & 31 PG Scholars. He has also attended more than 25 International Conferences & has been invited speaker for more than 15 Conferences & Seminars. He is life member of IEEE, ISC, CSI, IETE & ISTE and fellow member of ACM.

Shabina Jameer Modi is a distinguished academician, researcher, and academic leader with over 25 years of experience in Engineering education. She serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College of Engineering, Satara under Rayat Shikshan Sanstha. Her expertise encompasses Computer Networks, Database Engineering, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence in Education, and Research Methodology, with a strong emphasis on integrating emerging technologies into teaching–learning and research ecosystems. Dr. Modi has published more than 40 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences and holds four granted patents. She has successfully secured competitive research grants from AICTE and DBATU and has led the organization of several national and international conferences, Faculty Development Programs, and innovation-driven research initiatives. She has handled several key administrative and academic leadership roles at KBPCOES, including Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Dean – Students Development, Dean – Administration, and currently serves as President of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) under the MIC-AICTE framework, fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and institutional excellence. She is also a Member of the Board of Governance, contributing to institutional policy and strategic academic planning. A Gold Medalist in NPTEL (Cloud Computing) and an accomplished mentor, she has guided over 72 undergraduate projects and mentored winning teams in the Smart India Hackathon. Dr. Modi continues to advance scholarly excellence, research leadership, and global academic collaboration.

Anil Kumar is distinguished academician and visionary leader with 19 years of experience in Computer Science and Engineering. As the Professor and Head of the Department at Poornima Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur, he specializes in Cybersecurity, Penetration Testing, Information Security, Cryptography, AR, and VR. He has designed a cutting-edge Cyber Security Lab Curriculum, authored 45 research papers, holds two international patents and six Indian patents, and serves as an editor for leading journals. He has also chaired multiple international conferences, mentored numerous B.Tech and Ph.D. students, and continues to drive innovation and academic excellence in his field.

Vinit Khetani is an academic and technology professional with over 15 years of experience in computer science education, software engineering, and research-driven innovation. He holds a master’s degree in computer science and has extensive expertise in Java and Python programming, with a focused interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He is the Founder of Cybrix Technologies, a training and development organization dedicated to research-oriented skill enhancement in advanced computing domains. Through this initiative, he has conducted over 100 workshops and more than 400 seminars, contributing significantly to the academic and professional development of engineering graduates and early-career researchers. He later co-founded Researcher Connect Innovation and Impact Pvt. Ltd., a research technology and consulting organization that collaborates with universities, researchers, publishers, and institutions to enhance research creation, dissemination, and global collaboration. Currently, he serves as the Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), providing strategic leadership in developing innovative digital platforms that support sustainable research ecosystems and academic excellence.
