The Competition Appeal Tribunal Handbook approaches the subject of competition law from a new angle by focusing on the litigation process by which competition disputes are litigated and by addressing pure competition law issues as they arise at the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT).

It also includes cross-referencing so that the busy practitioner can see quickly which cases refer to which problem areas.

Also includes appendices containing the CAT Rules which give practical guidance for parties and their legal representatives as to the procedures of the CAT in relation to all cases which it is competent to entertain and extracts from the most important statutory provisions.

Richard Gordon QC is a Barrister at Brick Court Chambers and is widely recognised as one of the leading silks in Administrative and Public Law and Human Rights/Civil Liberties.

Richard Gordon QC is a practising barrister at Brock Court Chambers and is currently a Visiting Professor in Law at Hong Kong University. He is the author of many works on administrative law, fundamental rights law and EU law. He has acted and advised in a number of important commercial judicial review, competition and fundamental rights cases both in the UK and in foreign jurisdictions including Hong Kong and Fiji.
