After completing a MSc inSpace Telecommunications, he spent 2 years in the European SpaceOperations Centre supporting research for ground segmentoperations. Joined the professional services arm of GeneralDataComm in 1998, and moved to the Juniper Networks ProfessionalServices team in 2001.
