CATHERINE N. DULMUS, PhD, is Professor, Associate Deanfor Research, and Director of the Buffalo Center for SocialResearch in the School of Social Work at the University at Buffalo,SUNY, and Research Director at Hillside Family of Agencies inRochester, New York.
