Bianca C. Frazer is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Illinois Chicago with a PhD in Theater Studies from University of Colorado Boulder.  Heather R. Walker is the Associate Director of Qualitative Research at the University of Utah Health and earned her PhD in Disability Studies at the University of Illinois Chicago.
