Erik EsterbauerErik Esterbauer forscht und lehrt als Assoziierter Professor am Department für Elementare Musik- und Tanzpädagogik – Orff-Institut der Universität Mozarteum Salzburg mit Schwerpunkt Inklusion und Diversität. Er studierte Psychologie an den Universitäten Salzburg und Wien, Tonsatz und Komposition am Konservatorium der Stadt Wien sowie Elementare Mu-sik- und Bewegungspädagogik am Orff-Institut der Universität Mozarteum Salzburg. Nach weiterer Fachausbildung war er 20 Jahre im Bereich Kinder-, Jugend- und Familienpsychologie sowie in der psychosozialen Rehabilitation tätig. Er habilitierte sich mit dem hier vorliegenden Beobachtungsverfahren zur Einschätzung der Beziehungsqualität im inklusiven Musik- und Tanzunterricht. Seine Lehr- und Forschungstätigkeit umfasst vor allem Prozesse von Inklusion und Diversität im Umfeld von Musik und Tanz und weiteren künstlerischen Disziplinen sowie zusätzliche Bereiche wie Psychologie,Transdisziplinarität und Neue Musik
Erik Esterbauer researches and teaches as an Associate Professor at the Department of Elemental Music and Dance Pedagogy - Orff Institute at the Mozarteum University Salzburg with a focus on inclusion and diversity. He studied psychology at the Universities of Salzburg and Vienna, composition at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna and elemental music and movement pedagogy at the Orff Institute of the Mozarteum University Salzburg. After further specialist training, he worked for 20 years in the field of child, youth and family psychology as well as in psychosocial rehabilitation.
He habilitated with the present observation method for assessing the quality of relationship in inclusive music and dance lessons. His teaching and research activities focus on processes of inclusion and diversity in the field of music and dance and other artistic disciplines as well as additional areas such as psychology, transdisciplinarity and new music.
