This book, the second volume of the book “Advanced Information-Measuring Technologies and Systems,” is a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Department of Information-Measuring Technologies of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and the General Energy Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
