Climate change is one of the most pressing global problems of our time. Humanity faces serious challenges, particularly regarding the reduction of CO2 emissions. The “Continents under Climate Change” conference was organised by the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research and the German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina – National Academy of Sciences as part of the 200th anniversary celebrations of the Humboldt University in Berlin.
