CATHERINE N. DULMUS, PhD, LCSW, is Professor, AssociateDean for Research, and Director of the Buffalo Center for SocialResearch in the School of Social Work at the University at Buffalo,SUNY, and Research Director at Hillside Family of Agencies inRochester, New York.
BRUCE C. NISBET, MSW, is President and Chief ExecutiveOfficer of Spectrum Human Services located in Buffalo, New York,where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for thiscomprehensive multi-county behavioral health agency. Spectrum hasprovided person-centered recovery-oriented case management servicesto several thousand individuals with serious mental illness overthe last twenty years. He is also President of Health Home Partnersof WNY, LLC, one of New York State's first Affordable Care Acthealth homes serving individuals with serious mental illness and/orother chronic health conditions.
