Nelson Fonseca is a Professor at the Institute of Computing of the State University of Campinas, Brazil. He's received several conference best paper awards. He received the IEEE ComSoc Joseph LoCicero Award for Exemplary Service to Publications. He was Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials.
Raouf Boutaba is a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, Canada. He has received several journal and conference Best Paper Awards such as the 2008 IEEE Fred W. Ellersnick Prize Paper Award. He received the IEEE ComSoc Harold Sobol Award for Exemplary Service to Meetings & Conferences. He is the founding Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transaction on Network Management and Services.
