She servesas a member of the Senior Executive Research Initiative, whichfocuses on understanding leadership at the most senior levels. Sheholds an M.S. in ecology from the Florida Institute ofTechnology.
Talula Cartwright is a former senior faculty member atCCL's Greensboro campus. She was a trainer in severalopen-enrollment programs, and designed and delivered customprograms for clients in the corporate, private, and nonprofitsectors. A certified feedback specialist and executive coach,Talula holds an Ed.D. in higher education from the University ofNorth Carolina at Greensboro.
