Clutterbuck, David
David Clutterbuck is a co-founder and lifetime ambassador of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and founder of Clutterbuck Associates. Visiting professor at two UK Universities, he is repeatedly among the top 25 HR thinkers in HR Magazine's annual survey, and is the author or co-author of over 50 books, including Mentoring in Action and Building and Sustaining a Coaching Culture, published by Kogan Page.

Bajer, Agnieszka
Agnieszka Bajer is a culture strategist who works with leaders and teams worldwide to help them create a culture that fuels effective work, drives achievement of mission-critical goals and enables positive change. She has supported numerous clients in designing and implementing initiatives that resulted in strengthening or transforming organizational culture, developing leadership skills and inspiring people to engage and contribute to more exceptional business results.

Megginson, David
David Megginson is a professor of HRD at Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and co-founder of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). He is on both the membership and education committees of the CIPD and the CPD Working Group.

David Clutterbuck is one of the pioneers of coaching and mentoring and co-founder with David Megginson of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. David Megginson is Emeritus Professor of HRD at Sheffield Business School and is a joint founder – with David Clutterbuck – of EMCC. Agnieszka Bajer is a Senior Manager at PwC Cyprus, where she leads the leadership development and coaching practice.
