Iris Claus is a Senior Fellow, Department of Economics,Waikato University, New Zealand. Her current research interests arein unconventional monetary policy, taxation, financialintermediation, open economy macroeconomics and general equilibriummodeling. She is the Managing Editor for Journal EconomicSurveys and Associate Editor of Asian EconomicPapers.
Les Oxley is Professor in Economics, University ofWaikato, New Zealand, and Adjunct Professor, School of Economicsand Finance, Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He is theeditor of, amongst others, Innovation, Entrepreneurship,Geography and Growth (with P.
