Professor
Tin-Chih Toly Chen
received his Ph. D. degree in industrial engineering from National Tsin Hua University. He is now a distinguished professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the National Chiao Tung University. He has published over one hundred papers, including multiple papers on 3D printing and UM in journals such as
