Prague means countless art treasures from every epoch. Prague means Velvet Revolution and the Prague Spring. Prague means heroes like the one-eyed Jan Žižka and Václav Havel. By the way, did you know that once there was a bed behind bars in the apartment of a former president? Yet, Prague is much more than its legends and stories. Everybody who has been to Prague has been exposed to its magical suction. This book shows you a different side of this wonderful city and takes you to 111 hidden corners and nooks. The authors will tell you unheard of and amazing stories that will make you smile and make you an insider, so that you can chat with locals later over a glass of Gambrinus. Look behind the façade of a fascinating city - since Prague means genius loci, myth and city of love.
