Osmianski, Kamil
Kamil Osmianski is part of the Senior leadership team of Biogen and works as Senior Project Manager. During his career he experienced many different functions in several international companies. He worked, e.g., as Senior Auditor with KPMG, as Senior Consultant for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, as Logistics Project Manager at Orlen, as Business Controlling Director at RUCH SA and as Deputy Director for Strategy and Operations Consulting at PWC before he joined RWE Poland and supported and co-led the RWE group-wide transformation program "NWoW". Kamil holds a Master in Finance, Banking and Accounting from the University of Szczecinski.
Hess, Roland
Roland Hess works as Executive Coach and Senior Advisor, focusing especially on supporting top leadership teams. After becoming a partner at Accenture he joined RWE where he supported and led several transformation programs, especially the company's largest group wide transformation program NWoW (New Ways of Working).
He also worked as Board member for the Silicon Valley based Start-Up Plause. After leaving RWE (respectively Innogy) he joined Aberkyn (a McKinsey company) as Senior Leader to drive cultural change on a global scale. Roland holds a Master in Forestry from the University of Vienna.
Steinbacher, Georg
Georg Steinbacher drives value adding company transformations in the Private Equity sector, currently as Operations Director at Vita34. During his career he has worked in several companies, designing and supporting transformations. He started his career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). After leaving BCG as a Principal he joined RWE in various transformation roles, including the design of the New Way of Working Lean and Agile transformation programme and heading its implementation in the Retail sector. Georg holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Vienna University of Technology and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
Brandenberg, Arndt
Dr. Arndt Brandenberg works as Executive Coach and Senior Advisor for the set-up of transformation programs and is a university lecturer for change management at the University of Cologne. Prior to this he worked as Project Manager for McKinsey before he joined the utility RWE. Here, he led several Controlling teams and worked as CFO at RWE Hungaria before he managed the overall change journey of RWE towards achieving excellence by sustainable cultural change. Arndt has studied Economics and holds a PhD in motivation theories and incentive systems from the University of Eichstätt.
