The two-volume collection 'Romantic Piano Music' draws from the vast repertoire of 19th-century music for piano duet. Klaus Börner wirkte als Professor für Klavier und Klavier didaktik an den Musikhochschulen in Düsseldorf und Mainz. Er ist ein ausgewiesener Kenner der Klavierliteratur und hat sich über Jahrzehnte als konzertierender Künstler und Pädagoge mit vierhändiger Klaviermusik geschäftigt.
