JOHN R. BOATRIGHT is the Raymond C. Baumhart, S. J.Professor of Business Ethics and Professor of Management in theSchool of Business Administration at Loyola University Chicago. Heis the author of the books Ethics and the Conduct of Business andEthics in Finance. Dr. Boatright is a past-president of the Societyfor Business Ethics, and he serves on the editorial boards of theJournal of Business Ethics, Business Ethics Quarterly, and Businessand Society Review. A graduate of the College of Wooster, hereceived his MA and PhD in philosophy from the University ofChicago.
