ANSON, PhD, CFA, CAIA, CPA, JD, is the President andExecutive Director of Investment Services at Nuveen Investments.Previously, he was the chief executive officer of Hermes PensionsManagement Ltd., as well as the chief executive officer of theBritish Telecom Pension Scheme--the largest pension fund inthe UK. Before joining Hermes, Anson was the chief investmentofficer of the $245 billion California Public Employees' RetirementSystem (CalPERS)--the largest pension fund in the UnitedStates. Anson is the author or coauthor of various financial books,including the Handbook of Alternative Assets (Wiley).
Frank J. Fabozzi, PhD, CFA, CPA, is Professor in thePractice of Finance and Becton Fellow at the Yale School ofManagement, Editor of the Journal of Portfolio Management,and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Fixed Income. Heis on the Advisory Council for the Department of OperationsResearch and Financial Engineering at Princeton University.
FRANK J. JONES, PhD, is a Professor of Accounting andFinance at San Jose State University. He is also Chairman of theInvestment Committee of Private Ocean Wealth Management.
