Professor Lars Andersson is Professor and Head of Oral andMaxillofacial Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry, KuwaitUniversity. He is Co Editor of the Textbook and Color Atlas ofTraumatic Injuries to the Teeth and Traumatic DentalInjuries - A Manual. In addition, he is Editor-in-Chief ofthe journal Dental Traumatology.
Professor Karl-Erik Kahnberg is Head of Department andProfessor of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at GothenburgUniversity, Sweden. He is also clinical director of themaxillofacial unit at the Public Dental Health University Clinicsin Gothenburg.
Professor M Anthony Pogrel is Professor and Chair of theDepartment of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University ofCalifornia with a joint appointment in the Division of Plastic andReconstructive Surgery in the Department of Surgery.
