Aritra Acharyya was born in 1986. He received his M. Tech. degree from the University of Calcutta in 2010. He has submitted his PhD thesis in the same University in 2014. His research interest is millimeter-wave and terahertz semiconductor devices. He has published more than 85 research papers in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings along with 3 books. He is a member of IEEE EDS, MTTS, Signal Processing Society. He received the Pareshlal Dhar Bhowmik Book Award for securing highest marks in M. Tech. Examination in 2010 from University of Calcutta. He has been working as Counselor of SKFGI Student Branch, IEEE since July 2014. The biographical profile of Mr. Aritra Acharyya has been published in the Who’s Who in the World 2014, 31st Edition and Who’s Who in the World 2015, 32nd Edition published by Marquis Who’s Who® Publications, USA.
